Our Services

Beyond our programmes, YIKE provides direct training, consulting, and research and evaluation services to local organizations, grassroots groups, and community actors across Kenya.

We work alongside grassroots organizations, community groups, and local actors to strengthen how they are run, how their teams are equipped, and how they gather the evidence their decisions depend on.

These services draw on the same community-rooted, youth-led practice that runs through our programmes. Each engagement is shaped around your context, your team, and the decisions in front of you.

Consulting

Consulting Services

YIKE provides consulting services to local, grassroots organizations on process improvement, development of partnerships, outreach, and fundraising.

We support grassroots organizations to strengthen their internal systems and procedures, build outreach and partnership strategies, and grow their fundraising and resource mobilization capacity, helping them operate more effectively and sustainably.

Training & Coaching

Training & Coaching Services

YIKE conducts training and provides coaching to support the work and missions of local organizations and community actors and groups.

We use participatory and experiential techniques, integrating theory with practical, hands-on learning, so participants leave able to apply what they've learned directly to their work.

Research, Assessment & Evaluation

Research, Assessment and Evaluation Services

YIKE delivers focused assessment, research, and evaluation services with strong community and local participation.

We tailor methods to the decision at hand and blend qualitative depth with quantitative reach. Designs commonly combine KIIs/FGDs, community and household surveys, document review, and stakeholder workshops. We also field teams quickly for rapid studies, drawing on youth already trained in data collection, transcription and analysis.
